Biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) supports your inherent healing capacities and their fuller expression. This gentle yet profound hands-on treatment focuses on health and wholeness rather than pathology and fragmentation. The reliable result is a greater sense of well being and resiliency in body and spirit.
I would love to answer your questions about BCST and how it can support your desire to enjoy greater health and well being. Please contact me at email@example.com with your questions and concerns.
Health is an intelligent, unerring and creative force. It generates us and maintains us throughout life. Its expression can be felt in the steady and reliable ebb and flow of the fluids and tissues of our bodies. Even in the midst of illness, health is present in your body.
Using a light touch and listening deeply on all levels, BCST orients to this health to allow the body's nervous system to quiet. In this calm state the body reorients to its natural capacity for self-regulation, its wholeness and inherent health. The biodynamic craniosacral therapist is trained to support this essential process.
In a study of 237 clients from more than 10 countries who received a minimum of five biodynamic craniosacral sessions, an overwhelming percentage reported their sessions
Brought an improvement in the condition for which they sought help,
Had a positive influence on their personal growth and health,
Brought about improved body awareness and mindfulness, and
Improved their ability to manage stress.
All participants in this study said they would recommend BCST to others.
